Its super hard to pick a favorite kind of music for me because I love all music so much. When I was little I always loved music, in dance class I remember all the other girls had a harder time finding the beat in the music but for some reason I was able to find it very easily and have always loved dancing to music and its always made me very happy. Music in general is a very effective thing to people and can have a big impact on their mood. For example relaxing music can calm some people when they are feeling angry but maybe for some other people rock music can help them get their aggression out.
